As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will take a leading role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. You won't just be supporting; you will be shaping the daily experience of our children. You will be responsible for a key group, tracking their progress through high-quality observations and ensuring that every child in your care is supported to reach their full potential through creative, play-based learning.

Job Responsibility

  • Planning & Assessment: Deliver age-appropriate activities and maintain precise observations and progress reports for your key children
  • Environment: Create an inviting, educational indoor and outdoor space that sparks curiosity
  • Relationship Building: Act as a professional point of contact for parents regarding their child's development
  • Safety & Care: Maintain impeccable standards of health and safety, assisting with personal care and mealtime routines with dignity

Requirements

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3)
  • Has proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements
  • Shows strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff
  • Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
