Job Description:

We are working with a warm, welcoming nursery in Bognor Regis that is urgently looking for a dedicated practitioner to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive environment that genuinely values its staff and puts children at the heart of everything they do.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5
Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
Support daily routines, activities, and observations

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
Previous nursery or early years experience
Strong understanding of EYFS
A positive, proactive, and caring approach
Ability to work as part of a team
