Job Description

We are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 and above) to support a thriving, all-year-round nursery in the Bognor Regis area during the busy summer period — with opportunities to continue on a longer-term or permanent basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting children aged 0–5 with their learning, care, and development
  • Delivering fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Supporting routines including play, meals, and outdoor learning
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
  • Previous nursery or early years experience
  • A positive, energetic, and caring approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child development
  • Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services
