Job Responsibility:

  • Delivery of age-appropriate activities and maintenance of precise observations and progress reports for your key children
  • Create an inviting, educational indoor and outdoor space that sparks curiosity
  • Act as a professional point of contact for parents regarding their child's development
  • Maintain impeccable standards of health and safety, assisting with personal care and mealtime routines with dignity
  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Shape the daily experience of our children
  • Track progress through high-quality observations and ensure that every child in your care is supported to reach their full potential through creative, play-based learning

Requirements:

  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3)
  • Proven experience working with the 0-5 age range in a formal nursery setting
  • Thorough knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements
  • Strong initiative, with the ability to lead activities and mentor junior staff
  • Fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • CACHE level 2 or 3
