Job Description:

We are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Act as a key person for a group of children, monitoring their progress and maintaining accurate developmental records
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers to provide updates on their child's journey
  • Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety are maintained at all times
  • Provide guidance and act as a positive role model for support staff and trainees

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • A genuine love for Early Years education and a commitment to high-quality care
  • Excellent communication skills
