We’re partnering with a busy, thriving nursery in Chichester that is on the lookout for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team right away. If you love working with children and want stability, consistency, and a welcoming team, this could be the perfect fit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities
  • Encouraging confidence, communication, and social development
  • Working closely with a friendly, experienced team
  • Observing and tracking children's progress
  • Creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment

Requirements:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Has experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Is energetic, caring, and reliable
  • Brings a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Can hit the ground running
