Each room is carefully curated to meet the developmental needs of its age group, offering inspiring and nurturing environments for every stage. Outdoor learning is a core part of our approach. Children spend dedicated time in our outdoor areas, connecting with nature and enjoying a variety of enriching outdoor experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily
Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions
Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments
Supporting children with additional needs
A key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn
Requirements:
Early Years qualification at Level 3
Experience working with all age groups within Early Years
Experience working with children with SEND
A true love for child development and care
Able and willing to work in a team
Ability to communicate effectively with management, your peers and parents
High levels of care and empathy that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity
Role modelling remarkable practice with the intent to support others around you
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
