Requirements

Proven experience in nurturing and guiding children aged newborn to 5 years old
A comprehensive understanding of the current EYFS framework
A CACHE or NVQ Level 1-3 qualification (or equivalent UK certification)
The ability to cater to the individual needs of each child
Availability to furnish 2 references, with at least one reference from your most recent employer
A solid 10-year employment/education background
Prior experience in nurturing young minds within a nursery environment
A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Possession of either a CACHE or NVQ Level 3 qualification
