Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, ensuring they thrive both socially and emotionally.

Job Responsibility:

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Create engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring each child's needs are met
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships and support children's development
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and share with parents
Drive initiatives that encourage positive behaviour and social skills among children
Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a welcoming and inclusive nursery environment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery space, ensuring it is safe for all children

Requirements:

Level 3 TA/EYFS desirable but not required
