Job Description

Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years practitioner looking for an immediate opportunity? An exceptional primary school in the vibrant community of Peckham is seeking a dedicated, CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team. This is a full-time position starting immediately and running through to the end of the academic year. This school is proud to be Ofsted rated 'Outstanding', offering a supportive, well-resourced environment where children thrive and staff are highly valued.

Job Responsibility

Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging EYFS curriculum activities
Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young learners
Observing, assessing, and recording children's development and progress
Managing classroom behaviour positively and encouraging independence
Building strong, welcoming relationships with parents and carers

Requirements

Qualification: A full and relevant CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent Early Years qualification)
DBS: Must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (ideally on the Update Service) to allow for an immediate start
Availability: Immediate availability with no notice period, ready to start ASAP
Experience: Prior experience working within an EYFS setting or a UK primary school classroom
Attributes: Reliable, energetic, and deeply committed to maintaining 'Outstanding' standards of care and education
