Randstad Education is excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Nurse for a permanent opportunity in Balcombe. Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities to support children's learning and development
Provide physical, emotional, and social care in a safe and supportive setting
Monitor and track each child's progress and share updates with parents
Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly learning environment
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth daily operations of the nursery

Requirements:

Unqualified, Level 2, or Level 3
Genuine love for working with children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, dependable, and nurturing in your approach
Experience in a childcare setting is desirable, but not essential
Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Nice to have:

Nursery assistant experience
Nursery nurse experience
