Job Description

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our amazing team at Happitots Robroyston. As a Nursery Manager, you will provide high quality childcare to the local community and oversee the day to day operation of the nursery to the highest standards. Thrive Childcare and Education provides inspiring Childcare and Education throughout the North West of England and Scotland. Our teams are friendly, fun, and dedicated to making every day special.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE)
  • At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
