Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE)
at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting
strong understanding of the EYFS framework
understanding of safeguarding procedures
confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
