Nursery Education Assistant – Cranleigh Area (Drivers Only). Term‑Time Only | Small Village Nursery | Immediate Hire | Great Team Culture. Looking for a nurturing early years role where every day feels rewarding? A lovely small nursery near Cranleigh is urgently seeking a Nursery Education Assistant to support their team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys being hands‑on, and wants to be part of a calm, caring and family‑focused setting.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the teaching team with fun, engaging early years learning
Helping children build confidence through play‑based activities
Setting up creative learning environments indoors & outdoors
Supporting toileting, mealtimes and daily routines
Creating strong bonds with children and families
Being part of a team that laughs together and supports each other

Requirements:

Driving licence + access to a car is essential (village location)
Experience in a nursery or early years preferred
A kind, patient, energetic personality
A genuine passion for early childhood development
Availability Monday–Friday, term‑time only
Ability to start immediately
