Job Description

RAFAKidz Wyton Nursery Deputy Manager. £15.97 per hour – up to 40 hours per week. You will be working closely with Nicola, our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring with you strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the absolute best outcomes for our children. Ideally you will have previous experience in either a deputy or management role and be confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time (holidays etc). The role is offered at either 38 hours a week over 4 days, or if preferred 40 hours over 5 days.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Early Years
Appropriate qualifications
Previous experience in either a deputy or management role
Confidence to cover Nursery Manager role from time to time
