Job Description:

Are you a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner ready for your next permanent role? A warm and welcoming early years setting is looking for a dedicated practitioner to join their team full-time, supporting children aged 0-5 in a nurturing learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Building positive relationships with children and parents
  • Supporting routines including snack time, toileting and outdoor play
  • Contributing to observations, planning and assessments
  • Working closely with the wider nursery team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for early years education
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

Nice to have:

  • Autism, ADHD or additional needs
  • Managing challenging behaviour
  • Supporting speech and language development
