Job Description:

As a Nursery Assistant at The Mere, you will join a passionate, skilled team and have the opportunity to inspire children both indoors and outdoors while making a positive impact on their development. Whether you’re qualified, unqualified, returning to childcare after a break, or exploring a new career, we’d love to hear from you! We’ll provide all the training and support you need to grow in your Early Years journey.

Job Responsibility:

Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children

Requirements:

Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
Teamwork and reliability
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children

Nice to have:

Early Years qualification
