Job Responsibility

Support early childhood development through creative play and a nurturing environment
Day-to-Day Supply: Take complete control of your working week, pick and choose the days you want to work
Long-Term Placements: Enjoy stability of working within a consistent nursery team for a term or a full academic year, build deep bonds with a specific group of children, support their daily routines, and become a valued member of a local staff team

Requirements

Previous experience working or volunteering with young children (e.g., in a nursery, creche, school, or as a childminder/nanny)
A basic understanding of child development and a commitment to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with room leaders and nursery managers
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to undergo a new application)
A warm, nurturing, and patient nature with the enthusiasm and energy to keep pace with children aged 0 to 5
