Job Description:

Flexible ad-hoc hours are available, working as a highly valued Nursery Practitioner in reputable nurseries across the vibrant Stirling area. Choose your own hours to perfectly fit around your commitments while benefiting from fantastic pay rates - you can earn over £15 per hour! Depending on the shifts you choose to pick up, you could earn anything up to £32,000 per annum! Increase your hours when you're available and drop them when you have commitments, all while making a genuine difference to the development of young children across Central Scotland.

Job Responsibility:

Championing the social and emotional development of children aged 0 to pre-school
Adapting quickly and efficiently to each new nursery setting you support
Working collaboratively with the core team and other agency staff to ensure the smooth running of the room and an excellent child experience
Ensuring children are kept safe at all times, including during drop off, pick up and outings
Maintaining a professional manner and adhering meticulously to the National Care Standards
Working to a flexible schedule with varied shift patterns - you set the pace!
Effectively managing your diary and bookings

Requirements:

Fully qualified with an SVQ 3, HND, or equivalent
Demonstrate flexibility in the roles you undertake
Excellent, clear, and effective communication skills
To be a member of the PVG scheme
Full driving licence (Desirable, but highly advantageous for Stirling travel)
