Job Location Wirral (CH44) Department Early Years Reporting Relationship To be confirmed upon offer Job Summary We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to provide high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework
Supporting children's individual learning journeys and tracking their developmental milestones
Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive classroom atmosphere while ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed
Carrying out regular observations and maintaining accurate records of children's progress
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting
Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding their child's daily activities and progress

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
experience working with young children in an early years setting is preferred, but not essential
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
nurturing and patient personality
strong organisational skills
ability to work as part of a team
passion for early childhood education
