Job Description:

Are you passionate about shaping children's early experiences? A friendly, established nursery is seeking a permanent Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting children's social, emotional and cognitive development
  • Planning small-group and individual activities
  • Encouraging play-based learning and curiosity
  • Maintaining accurate observations and developmental records
  • Supporting daily routines and promoting independence

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (EYP/EYE, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC, or equivalent)
  • Understanding of child development and safeguarding
  • Patience, reliability and strong communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Working with children with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
  • Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively
