Nursery Assistant / Trainee Practitioner | Career Start Opportunity. Are you passionate about starting a career in Early Years but lack formal qualifications? We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant/Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Bristol. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist practitioners with setting up and tidying up indoor and outdoor learning spaces
  • Provide high-quality supervision and assist with mealtimes and personal care routines
  • Support the delivery of planned activities and engage children in meaningful play
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment, ensuring the welfare of all children at all times

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience (personal or professional) working with young children
  • Enthusiastic and highly reliable, with a positive attitude toward a busy nursery environment
  • Strong team-working skills and the ability to follow instructions from senior staff
  • Fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
