Job Description:

Are you a nurturing and qualified EYFS Practitioner looking for a stable and fulfilling role? We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic practitioner to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a chance to work exclusively with our youngest learners, utilizing your passion for play-based learning and early child development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS - ages 3-5)
  • Work as a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of engaging, play-based activities
  • Observing and recording children's progress against the EYFS framework
  • Acting as a Key Worker for a small group of children
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and setting up the indoor and outdoor learning environment
  • Deliver engaging, play-based activities tailored to individual needs
  • Contribute to the overall smooth running of the EYFS unit

Requirements:

  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
  • Have recent, relevant experience working in an EYFS or Nursery setting
  • Possesses strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework
  • Are excellent communicators and adept at working collaboratively with parents and staff
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
