Job Description:

As a 1:1 Early Years Practitioner, you'll provide dedicated support to individual children who need a more tailored approach to their nursery journey.

Job Responsibility:

Provide tailored support to help your assigned child participate fully in nursery life
Develop a trusting relationship that helps your child feel secure and confident
Adapt activities to meet your child's specific needs and learning style
Ensure every interaction nurtures curiosity and empowers children to embrace their individuality
Work closely with parents to ensure consistency between home and nursery
Uphold safeguarding requirements and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment

Requirements:

minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 also considered)
experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
patience, empathy, and the ability to provide consistent support
unwavering belief that every child deserves the very best start in life
passion about making a positive difference in children's lives
