Nurse Unit Manager

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Aged Care unit
• Lead a dedicated team with confidence and compassion
• Ensure clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Provide mentorship, support, and professional development for staff
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the broader multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care or NDIS health settings
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal support and make confident decisions
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical best practice, and accreditation processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 3 years experience working in an Aged Care Facility
