Job Responsibility:

  • Master Operations & Resources: Provide dynamic, hands-on leadership, using sharp judgment to master resource management, rostering, and day-to-day operations for optimal clinical and commercial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Significant leadership experience including astute resource management in mixed-service environments
  • Strong, practical understanding of NSQHS standards and clinical governance
  • Degree qualified Nurse Unit Manager with 4+ years experience
