Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations, staffing, and resident outcomes of our high-quality aged care wing
  • Be the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate service

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to mentor staff, manage rosters, and drive clinical standards
  • Clinical Expertise: A deep understanding of aged care standards, ACFI/AN-ACC requirements, and person-centered care
  • Registration: Current, unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you’ll be the primary point of contact for families and external providers
  • Resilience: A 'can-do' attitude and the confidence to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Onshore Candidates Only: Only accepting applications from candidates currently residing in Australia with full working rights
  • Relocation: You must be willing and able to relocate to Regional Victoria
  • Compliance: Valid National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
