Job Responsibility
Oversee the daily clinical operations, staffing, and resident outcomes of our high-quality aged care wing
Be the bridge between clinical excellence and compassionate service
Requirements
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to mentor staff, manage rosters, and drive clinical standards
Clinical Expertise: A deep understanding of aged care standards, ACFI/AN-ACC requirements, and person-centered care
Registration: Current, unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you’ll be the primary point of contact for families and external providers
Resilience: A 'can-do' attitude and the confidence to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment
