Job Responsibility

  • Deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and families
  • Engage in comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program utilizing clinical orientation, practice, and mentorship
  • Build skills to utilize evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving to provide holistic care
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of factors contributing to quality patient care
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of operating principles, major issues, governmental regulations, and code of ethics for healthcare industry

  • Must be able to perform all tasks as a RN pertaining to the Drug Administration tasks of the job, as outlined in the job description
