An intensive, integrative, and collaborative nine-month program to prepare new graduate nurses. The program begins with a six week rotation through all nursing service lines (Inpatient Units, Outpatient Clinics, Nursing Surgical Services) culminating in a Match Day celebration to match with a new team.

Excel in new role as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse
Requirements:
Open to new or upcoming BSN graduates transitioning from school to patient care
Must have completed BSN program before cohort begins in June 2026
BSN required for new graduate nurses
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
GPA 3.2, but 3.5 or above is strongly preferred
