Nurse Practitioner

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient health counseling
• perform administrative duties such as clinic management, inventory, follow-ups, verifying insurance, and maintaining a clean environment
• handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations
• complete diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses
• coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive care plan
• encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being

• A minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred
• active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• completion of the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
• proficiency in both speaking and writing in additional languages
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• passing a FIT test and wearing a respirator mask when protocol requires
• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license
• EPIC experience preferred
