Job Description:

MemorialCare Medical Group is looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to work at MemorialCare Medical Group urgent care clinic in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a full-time benefited position.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive and problem-focused histories and physical examinations
Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
Formulate a differential diagnosis and establish a working diagnosis
Implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising physician or other healthcare professionals
Working 3x12 shifts, will rotate through the weekend hours as well. Weekend shifts are 9 hours days

Requirements:

Must have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current, active, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
EMR - NextGen, prior experience with NextGen highly preferred
Licensed to practice in California
Current BLS and ACLS certification
DEA number

Nice to have:

Working experience with NextGen EMR system highly preferred
