Job Description:

Nurse Practitioner role focused on weight and men's health through telehealth at Eucalyptus, the company behind Juniper (weight-management program) and other digital healthcare clinics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Through telehealth, conduct consultations with patients, including diagnosing and prescribing medication for patients as appropriate and managing medication side effects
  • Provide exceptional ongoing clinical support for patients
  • Responding to medical issues
  • Assisting in the creation of improved models of care, extensive support programs and better patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions
  • Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions and telehealth experience is a big plus
  • Confident in navigating digital applications for clinical practice
  • Can make timely and accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise
  • Clear communicator with patients, health professionals and team members
