Job Description:

Full-time float provider role based in Hudson, MA supporting surrounding area clinics. Deliver affordable, accessible comprehensive high-quality care that meets the needs of patients, their families, and communities. Provide holistic patient care with support, guidance, collaboration and a 'one store, one team mindset.'

Job Responsibility:

Provide Primary and Family evidenced-based care
Provide administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment
Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations
Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices
Complete diagnostic tests
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals
Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare
Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems
Order and administer immunizations and injections
Provide vaccine counseling and education

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires
Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license
Or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license

Nice to have:

Proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages not limited to but including Spanish
Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic
Epic experience
