Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations
• Conduct virtual visits as needed
• Medication and medical history review
• Physical evaluation
• Perform additional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams)
• Build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Board certification (required)
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)
• Able to cover the following primary locations: Kennewick and surrounding area
