Job Description

Baptist Primary Care University Health Center is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibility

Comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams
15-17 patients per day
40 patient-facing hours a week

Requirements

Master’s degree
2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice
Certified and Licensed APRN or PA
Proficiency with EMR required
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice to have

Local candidates preferred
