Nurse Practitioner Fellow

• Building their own patient panel
• learning from a multitude of preceptors

• Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate from their training program between December 2023 and May 2025
• currently residing in or willing to relocate to program location for at least the next two years
• have not yet worked as an NP
• minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN
• minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program
• currently holds or will hold by 9/15/2025 an active, non-probationary state NP license
• a genuine passion for adult primary care
• a supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
• embrace teamwork and the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant colleagues
• want to be a part of an innovative model focused on empirically guided population health
• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location
