Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data
formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress
Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team
Administer medications with precision for patient safety
Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions

Requirements:

Oregon RN License
AHA BLS within 30 days
ACLS within 6 months
One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Associate's Degree in Nursing

Nice to have:

BSN
PCU and/or ICU experience
PCCN

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
