Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Responsibility:

  • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans
  • Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others
  • Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention
  • Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs

Requirements:

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days
  • One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
