Job Responsibility
Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data
Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans
Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others
Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention
Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs
Requirements
Oregon RN License
AHA BLS within 30 days
Associate's Degree in Nursing
One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
Nice to have
RN experience in an acute care setting
