Job Responsibility
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care
Obtain/document health history, chief complaint, vitals, risk factors
Provide care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations
Execute prescribed treatments/interventions, administer medications, monitor/document progress and response
Refer to/consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources
Educate on health status, maintenance, and condition management
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes/outcomes
Track QA data and monitor care management
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Oregon State RN license
Current AHA BLS
Current AHA ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
