Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Nurse Manager position with the Surgical Oncology Urology Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Manage and checks the nursing schedule
  • Ensure all shifts are covered
  • Conduct assessments and performance reviews
  • Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Nursing Experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing Required
  • BLS Required

Nice to have:

  • 3-5 Years of Nurse Manager Experience Preferred
  • Oncology Experience Preferred
  • Surgical Experience Preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
