Job Description

Seeking a Manager of Transplant Services for Methodist Hospital who ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of patient care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
  • 1+ years applicable experience Required

  • Maintain clinical practice within the Transplant Service Line contributing to the care of complex, high-acuity transplant patients

  • Practice in a high-acuity environment, including transplant ICU and hospital multi-disciplinary teams
  • Directly supervise APPs within the transplant service line, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
