As our Manager, Hospital, you will provide crucial leadership and operational oversight for a key department or functional area within our hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, efficient operations, and a positive environment for both patients and staff. You will be instrumental in achieving departmental goals and contributing to the hospital's overall success.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinates work of licensed and unlicensed personnel in unit(s)
Develops a cost-effective, 24-hour staffing pattern within the unit(s) to meet needs of patients and labor budget
Participates within the Department of Nursing Services in establishing the standards of patient care, policies, and objectives of unit(s)
communicates such standards, policies, and objectives to unit(s) staff, patients, family, and community
Hires, trains, develops, evaluates, and disciplines staff members
Ensures compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies such as TJC, Health Departments and OSHA
Creates a work environment that fosters safety, communication, and positive work environment. Complaint Management
Requirements:
Bachelors Of Nursing and Minimum of 3 years experience in related field, upon hire
1-3 years 2 years supervisory experience, upon hire
Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Nice to have:
Masters Other and Three (3) years experience as a clinical supervisor or manager in which administrative, supervisory, and teaching abilities have been demonstrated, upon hire
