The Nurse Manager for the Medical Bridge Clinic is accountable for providing leadership, oversight, and coordination of all clinical and operational functions within a clinic that operates 7 days per week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This leader ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care by supervising a multidisciplinary clinical team—including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants—and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Delegate tasks to nursing staff
Manage and checks the nursing schedule ensuring all shifts are covered
Conduct assessments and performance reviews
Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
Directs workflow to optimize patient throughput, staff productivity, and clinic efficiency
Monitors and manages clinical resources, ensuring availability and appropriate use of equipment and supplies
Identifies operational issues and implements timely solutions that support quality patient care
Ensures compliance with all regulatory, safety, and organizational standards
