Job Description

Provide leadership and operational management of the Kids Kare Transport Team which includes knowledge of the following: Air and ground transport critical care transport of neonatal and pediatric patients, safety standards of the industry, operational integration of clinical care, aviation and dispatch/communications functions, scope of practice and parameters set forth by State and governing agencies, planning, development and implementaton of short and long term strategic initiatives related to program growth, business development and community relations, protocol and procedures, work independently and autonomously with Medical Director operating within the scope of practice and parameters set by state and local agencies. Certification note: ATCN or TNCC required within one year of hire • PNCCT or C-NPT required within one year of hire.
