This leadership role is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery systems, clinical operations, staffing, safety, compliance, and performance improvement across assigned units. The position leads teams, manages resources, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to deliver safe, high-quality care. Depending on assignment, this role may support specialty areas such as Operating Room, Emergency Services, Critical Care, Maternal Child Health, or others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delegate tasks aligned with scope of practice and regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, Joint Commission, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required
  • Minimum 5 years of patient care delivery experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License – Oregon (required at hire)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at hire)
