Nurse Manager ICU/Telemetry

• Management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s)
• management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources
• achieving and maintaining goals of a unit or department by focusing on daily operations
• demonstrates high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges
• prioritizes associate engagement
• promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers
• supports associate development needs with emphasis on evidence-based practice and education

• 3 years RN experience
• 1-year clinical leadership experience
• High School GED
• degree in nursing (BSN or MSN)
• current RN License to practice in state of employment
• BLS through the American Heart Association
• must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer
• certification must be passed/obtained within two years of hire or transfer
• Clinical and/or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Credential: ANCC approved
