Nurse Manager Emergency Svcs

• Hold primary responsibility for the administrative direction and control of assigned departments, including patient services and nursing practice
• Serve as the key clinical and business development resource for your service line
• Operationalize strategic initiatives across the continuum, ensuring seamless execution
• Participate in the organization's decision-making structure alongside leaders from the governing body, management, medical staff, and clinical areas
• Identify and participate in the establishment of Nursing and ancillary staff development programs
• Participate in the establishment and annual assurance of competencies for all patient care staff and monitor on an ongoing basis
• Establish and maintain high levels of physician satisfaction for all services provided
• Participate in the development and implementation of plans for nurse recruitment and retention
• Work collaboratively with all departments to achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction
• Meet the compliance standards of various regulatory bodies

• Bachelor Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire and Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Registered Nurse: TN, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months

1-3 years Two years in charge or leadership position within the last five years in a hospital setting and 4-6 years Five years recent nursing experience and Bachelors Other and to be enrolled in a bridge program within the first year and Prior leadership experience
