Job Description

A nurse manager delegates tasks to a nursing staff, manages and checks the nursing schedule, ensures that all shifts are covered, and conducts assessments and performance reviews, while also tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day. Cert Note: ACLS not required for BMDA departments.
