As our Manager, Cardiovascular, you will provide vital leadership and operational oversight for a comprehensive range of cardiovascular services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Every day you will manage the daily operations of assigned cardiovascular units or services, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinates and evaluates the daily operations of the department (staffing

supplies, clinical outcomes)
Monitors and oversees charge and charge reconciliation
Participates in the recruitment and retention of department employees
Supports hospital operation effectiveness and effectively communicates with staff
Promotes and facilitates patient education and staff development in department
Performs annual and ongoing performances appraisals of department employees
Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned units
Evaluates, implements, and troubleshoots the technology in the specialty

Requirements:
Bachelors Other or Combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree., upon hire
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
